Professional Commercial Painting in Albuquerque
Here are some pics for the recent projects page of a Target store that Cutting Edge Painting, Inc. painted the exterior of. The store is located in the north east heights of Albuquerque at 6100 Paseo Del Norte Blvd NE Albuquerque, NM 87113. The scope of work was power washing the building, patching and repair of cracks in the pre-cast concrete building panels. Removal and replacement of the failing urethane building sealant and backer rod from the joints between the panels, and the expansion joint between the wall and sidewalk. We then masked and protected all adjacent surfaces and spray and back roll applied two coats of 100% acrylic exterior flat to all of the concrete surfaces. We used a high performance direct to metal acrylic semi-gloss to the steel surfaces. There were six different colors in total. The height of the building made it necessary to use a 45' man lift for the painting of the walls.
We had to paint portions of the building at night in order to minimize the disruption of the clients business, and to avoid any inconvenience to the store customers. I think all of the different challenges associated with a project like this make it a great example of Cutting Edge Painting, Inc.'s ability to handle any interior or exterior Commercial Painting Project.
