Interior painting and remodel in the Spruce Park subdivision in the UNM area

Interior painting and remodel in the Spruce Park subdivision in the UNM area

Here are before and after pictures of a project we did in the Spruce Park subdivision in the UNM area.

We fully painted the walls, ceilings, doors and trim work thru out. The plaster walls had a lot of minor cracking that we repaired and matched the texture. We also removed two french door units and installed arches to match the original archway between the living and dining room. The original baseboards were installed as plaster stops and replacing them added another challenge but the finished project matches really well.
