Interior Painting in Del Webb Mirehaven Community in Albuquerque, NM
Here are some photos of an interesting project we recently completed in the Del Webb Mirehaven community located on Albuquerque's west side. Though the home had never been lived in, the homeowner wanted to have us make some upgrades that the homebuilder was not able to/ or was unwilling to take care of. We installed a four and a half inch crown molding throughout the home excluding the garage and closets. We painted every paintable surface in the home including the installation of a high performance polyurethane garage floor system.
The finish paint was Dunn Edwards Everest for the walls and ceilings. The trim work was painted with Aristoshield waterborne alkyd enamel. While it's always strange to us to completely repaint a brand new home, it makes since given the quality level of the builder grade paint jobs. The customer is very pleased with the final results and has gotten a lot of complements on the upgrades.
